• Pregnant and preparing for birth with strength, mobility, and confidence (FIT4BABY)

• Postpartum recovery and safe core rebuilding during maternity leave and beyond (Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre)

• Mom-only classes including HIIT, strength training, and cardio

• A supportive community for working parents who want a consistent routine and community

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST CLASS

Your first class is designed to be welcoming, supportive, and flexible for everyone.

• Arrive a few minutes early so we can help you get settled

• Bring water, a yoga mat or towel, and your stroller if you are attending a stroller class

• Babies and toddlers are welcome at stroller classes

• Our instructors provide modifications for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and all fitness levels

Classes are held outdoors in local parks in Sunnyvale, Mountain View, and Palo Alto, so you can enjoy fresh air while getting a great workout.

No experience required. Just show up exactly as you are.
