Who is in your family?

My husband Indy, and my kids Anya (4) and Akash (turned 1 in April!).

What brought you to FIT4MOM?

Needing to move my body and have a place to hang out with other moms and babies!

What is your favorite FIT4MOM class and why?

I go to the MWF classes because that's what works for my schedule. I've been enjoying the playdates and brunch after class!

Favorite mom hack?

Rest when the kid/s rest, do chores with them around!
