Stroller Workout for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

Every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30AM at Cuesta Park, Sunnyvale.

Parking: We meet in the parking lot off Cuesta Drive and Montalto, near the tennis courts!


Fit4Baby Prenatal Workout Classes


FIT4BABY® is a weekly prenatal program that includes private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Saturdays at 9:30AM at Las Palmas Park, Sunnyvale

Parking: 850 Russet Drive has a small parking lot near the rec building and a lot of street parking available if the lot is full!

What to bring: water bottle and yoga mat!


Mom-Only Workout Program


Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

Barre for Moms


Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

Join us on Fridays at 9:30am at Cuesta Park!


Stroller Run Club for Moms


Take your running to the next level with our 6-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Every Saturday at 8am at Las Palmas Park, Sunnyvale and Cuesta Park, Mtn View

Stroller Group Fitness


Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day!

Every Saturday at 9:30am at Cuesta Park, Mtn View.


Strength Class for Moms


Body Ignite® is a 60-minute mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Every Tuesday at 9:30am at Las Palmas Park and Wednesdays at 6pm at the Los Altos Chabad House in Mountain View.


Full Body Workout for Moms


Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
