Stroller Strides®
- A 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core, all while engaging your child in a stroller.
- Who It's For:
- -Moms with stroller-aged children
- -Prenatal & newly postpartum (cleared for exercise)

- -Warm-Up: Mobility & safety checks
- -5 Workout Stations: Travel + Cardio + Strength
- -Core & Restore

STROLLER BARRE®
- A 60-minute stroller-friendly, barre-inspired workout focused on posture, mobility, and core strength.
- Who It's For:
- Moms with stroller-aged kids
- Pregnant/postpartum, seeking low-impact strength
- Format:
- -Warm-Up & Mind-body Connection
- -Lower Body Stations (Travel + Routine)
- -Upper Body Station (Bands)
- -Flow & Go Cooldown
- Equipment: Resistance bands (required), optional core balls, mini bands
- Philosophy: Calm mind, strong aligned body

STRIDES 360®
- A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that focuses on building cardiovascular endurance, agility, and core strength with stroller-aged kids in tow.
- Who It's For:
- -Moms looking for a heart-pumping workout
- -Postnatal moms (cleared for high intensity)
- Format:
- -Dynamic warm-up
- -Timed running/walking sets, drills + lower body conditioning
- -Core & Cooldown
- Equipment: Stroller (optional), bands
- Focus: Speed, strength, and stamina

FIT4BABY®
- Our prenatal fitness classes with total-body workouts, education, and emotional support.
- Who It's For: Expecting moms in any trimester
- Format:
- -Warm-Up & Mobility
- -4 Movement Rounds (Cardio, Strength, Core, Rest)
- -Birth Prep
- -Meditation & Close
- Equipment: Resistance bands (required), optional core balls, yoga mat
- What’s Included: 1-2 workouts/week, private group, bump book, weekly emails
- Focus: Strength, confidence, connection to baby

BODY IGNITE®
- A strength-focused, stroller-free, 60-minute class with no cardio, designed for moms ready to build muscular endurance and confidence.
- Who It's For:
- -Moms with childcare or school-age kids
- -Working moms needing non-morning classes
- Format:
- -Pre-Class Welcome & Warm-Up
- -Strength Sets (dumbbells or bars)
- -Spark/Core Segment
- -Stretch & Still + Signature Close
- Equipment: Dumbbells or weighted bars, yoga mat
- Focus: Strength, control, and form

RUN CLUB+®
- Our 8-week guided training program for moms running a 5K, 10K, or half marathon. Virtual or in-person options.
