Fourth Trimester+ Core & Restore
- A 45-minute class designed specifically for mamas in the early postpartum season (0–12+ weeks). Led by Rachel K, owner and 10+ year prenatal/postnatal fitness expert. Non-mobile babies are always welcome.
- Who It's For:
- - Moms 0–12+ weeks postpartum
- - No medical clearance needed
- Format:
- - Short walk + light stretch
- - Connection + check-in with other moms
- - Gentle breath work and core reconnection

Stroller Strides®
- A 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core, all while engaging your child in a stroller. Babies can be worn in a baby-carrier. Jogging stroller not required. Bassinet attachments allowed in class as well!

- - Prenatal & newly postpartum (cleared for exercise)

- - Warm-Up
- - Bootcamp Style Stations

STROLLER BARRE®
- A 60-minute stroller-friendly, barre-inspired workout focused on posture, mobility, and core strength.
- Who It's For:
- Moms with stroller-aged kids
- Pregnant/postpartum, seeking low-impact strength
- Format:
- -Warm-Up & Mind-body Connection
- -Lower Body & Upper Body Work
- -Flow & Go then Cooldown
- Equipment: Resistance bands (required), optional core balls
- Philosophy: Calm mind, strong aligned body

STRIDES 360® Cardio-focused class
- A cardio endurance class that focuses on building cardiovascular endurance, agility, and core strength. Come solo or with a kiddo in the stroller. High intensity. Can be done with low impact options!
- Who It's For:
- -Moms looking for a heart-pumping workout
- -Postnatal moms (cleared for high intensity)
- -Prenantal moms who are comfortable with high intensity, low impact
- Format:
- -Dynamic warm-up
- -Timed running/walking sets, drills + lower body conditioning
- -Core & Cooldown
- Equipment: Stroller (optional)
- Focus: Speed, strength, and stamina

FIT4BABY® Prenatal Fitness
- Our prenatal fitness 60 minute classes with total-body workouts, education, and emotional support.
- Who It's For: Expecting moms in any trimester
- Format:
- -Warm-Up & Mobility
- -Rounds (Cardio, Strength, Core)
- -Birth Prep and Stretch
- -Meditation & Close
- Equipment: Yoga mat, wear workout shoes!
- Focus: Strength, confidence, connection to baby

BODY IGNITE®
- A strength-focused, stroller-free, 60-minute class with no cardio, designed for moms ready to build muscular endurance and confidence. Mom-only class!
- Who It's For:
- -Moms with childcare or school-age kids
- -Working moms needing evening classes
- -Pregnant women (#alltrimestersafe) cleared to exercise
- Format:
- -Pre-Class Welcome & Warm-Up
- -Strength Sets (dumbbells)
- -Core Focus
- -Stretch & Still
- Equipment: Dumbbells (bring your own 5-10lbs suggested), yoga mat
- Focus: Strength, control, and form

RUN CLUB+® - stroller-friendly!
- Our 8-week guided training program for moms running a 5K, 10K, or half marathon.

-60-minute HIIT class (cardio, strength, core, meditation)

- Body Well:
-8-week small group coaching program
-Includes 2 weekly Body Boost/Body Ignite classes
