Stroller Workout for Moms

Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

Weekdays at 9:30AM at Cuesta Park, Mountain View and Mitchell Park, Palo Alto.

Cuesta Park (M/W): Meet in the parking lot off Cuesta Drive and Montalto, near the tennis courts

Mitchell Park (T/TH): Meet at the multi purpose area off of 600 E Meadow Dr.

What to bring: Water bottle, yoga mat, and a resistance band if you have one!

Fit4Baby Prenatal Workout Classes

FIT4BABY®

FIT4BABY® is a weekly prenatal program that includes private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Saturdays at 9:30AM at Las Palmas Park, Sunnyvale

Parking: 850 Russet Drive has a small parking lot near the rec building and a lot of street parking available if the lot is full!

What to bring: water bottle and yoga mat!

Mom-Only Workout Program

BODY WELL

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

Join us on Fridays at 9:30am at Cuesta Park!

Cuesta Park: We meet in the parking lot off Cuesta Drive and Montalto, near the tennis courts!

Stroller Run Club for Moms

RUN CLUB+®

Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!

Stroller Group Fitness

STRIDES 360®

Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! Come play with your mom friends, with or without the stroller, during this 60-minute heart-pumping workout that will energize you for the rest of your day!

Every Monday at 9:30am at Mitchell Park, Palo Alto.

Parking: Meet at the multi purpose area off of 600 E Meadow Dr.

What to bring: water bottle! No equipment necessary!

Strength Class for Moms

BODY IGNITE®

Body Ignite® is a 60-minute mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

Every Wednesday at 6:30pm at St Timothy's Preschool and Church and Saturdays at 9:30am at Cuesta Park playground gazebo

What to bring: 1-2 sets of dumbbells, water bottle and yoga mat!

Full Body Workout for Moms

BODY BOOST®

Body Boost® is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00am at Las Palmas Park starting in January!

Parking: 850 Russet Drive has a small parking lot near the rec building and a lot of street parking available if the lot is full!

What to bring: resistance band, water bottle and yoga mat!
