My daughter and I love going to Fit4mom Sunnyvale. It's great for both her and I to get outside, set an example for her and she gets to socialize after with all the other babies and play on the playground. In you're on the fence, TRY IT! I've been going to the Stroller Strides classes and they are very real workouts focusing on cardio and strength. I’ve done Body Back and Strides 360 classes with Rachel and she provides a very encouraging, fun environment that also totally kicks butt! Every time I’ve done a workout with her I’ve left feeling energized and strong. She’s also a totally relatable mama which makes it easy and comfortable to workout with her.

Rachel was an instructor at Lake Murray stroller strides when I attended with my son and while newly pregnant with my second baby. I loved going to her classes because she always had such high energy and was very motivating and encouraging during our workouts. She always made sure to change up the stations and exercises to keep classes from being redundant and kept children entertained with bubbles, songs, and animal cookies.

I spent five years going to various FIT4MOM classes and Rachel was one of my very favorite instructors! She’s so friendly and welcoming and grew our small group of stroller strides to a huge village! She takes time to connect to every member and always had great modifications for every level. Community, fresh air, and cute babies = Fit4Moms. Of course, there is an incredible and sweaty workout with all the endorphins after completion as well.
