Giving fit4mom a try is the best decision I've made for my physical and mental health in a long time! It's not just an exercise class, but a wonderful, friendly community. I leave the classes feeling calm, happy, energized and ready for the day ahead. There's no pressure to push yourself past whatever is comfortable for you, and the instructors provide variations depending on your level. There's also something really special about exercising out in nature, surrounded by other women in various stages of motherhood. Absolutely love it!
