Classes at Mitchell Park meet at the multi purpose area/bowl every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9:30am-10:30am. Bring a resistance band, yoga mat, and water bottle. Any kind of stroller for your baby/kiddo to stay strapped into is great!
