In you're on the fence, TRY IT! I've been going to the Stroller Strides classes and they are very real workouts focusing on cardio and strength. The trainer/owner, Rachel, is fantastic and just the best combo of motivating and realistic. I stopped going to my personal trainer and instead go to this class 3x/week and have never looked back. I love that my baby is right there with me making me smile. Can't say enough positive things about Stroller Strides!!
