I love Fit4Moms so much. It was my first connection when I moved to the area a few months ago, and I've never looked back.

There are classes 6 days a week, which makes it super accessible to take whatever you want, and if you can't make it, it doesn't matter. It's such a low pressure, low stress system. There are lots of new moms and seasoned professionals, but lots of moms with littles. Most classes are 10+ moms, and everyone is happy to chat as we workout, or you can be left alone if you're not in the mood. It's challenge by choice, which is great- no pressure or competition, unless it's in your head. It makes it easy to go consistently, without feeling like you have to put in 110% every single time if you had a late night or a tough morning. The classes are full of energy and the instructors play upbeat music, and sometimes even blow bubbles for the kiddos!

Lots of moms have strollers, but not all. Some baby wear, some push, some nurse, it's all okay!

The thing that surprised me most, and has continued to hold true, is that it's not cliquey at all. Every class starts with full introductions, and your encouraged/reminded to talk to someone new.

There are also lots of social activities, and a Run Club to help you train for a 5/10k or half! This is a great supportive community, and I'm so happy to be apart of it.
