I started going to Fit4Mom as a prenatal fitness class and I found so much more than just exercise. I moved the Bay Area at seven months pregnant not knowing anyone, and Fit4Mom has given me a community which I am so grateful for.
Now baby is here, I find going to Fit4mom classes keeps me sane.
(Also, I’m not a particularly sporty person and I find these classes fun and totally achievable. Every exercise is scaleable).
