I first joined Stroller Strides when I was 5 months pregnant. I had just moved to the U.S and was looking for a way to make new friends. Needless to say, I became a fan right after the first class. Not only did I get to meet amazing mamas but I also got a brilliant workout. I was worried about whether the exercises would be suitable for my bump but Rachel gave me modifications for each and everyone of them. I just felt great after every class and it helped me to stay active throughout my entire pregnancy.
