Who is in your family?

Me, my husband Peter, our 4.5 month old baby and our three cats, Joy, George and Maiya.

Why did you first come to FIT4MOM?

I’d moved to the Bay Area at 7 months pregnant and was looking for prenatal exercise options, and found way more than an exercise class.

What is your favorite part of class or favorite class format?

I like that every class is different, you never know which exercises you’ll get, except squats, there’s always squats.

I’m really enjoying the new additions like body boost and ignite, the opportunity to push myself harder is really great.

Favorite restaurant in Silicon Valley?

Hmmm don’t have one yet, as we’re still exploring. But if I had to choose, I’d say meyhouse in Sunnyvale.

I’m half Japanese and my mother comes from a samurai family.
