This is an incredible, welcoming program with amazing instructors. The owner Rachel is super warm and sincere and it is open to moms of all fitness levels. I love that there are community events free of charge, and how thoughtfully the kids are incorporated into the workout classes (example: bubbles, scarves, "silly squats"). If you're on the fence about trying this, go! You have nothing to lose!

I joined Fit4mom about 3 months postpartum and I’m so glad I did. As a first time mom, it was a little bit intimidating joining a group of moms plus bringing my new baby, but I could not have had a better experience. There are classes 6 days a week, which makes it super accessible to take whatever you want, and if you can't make it, it doesn't matter. It's such a low pressure, low stress system. I found Fit4Mom while I was pregnant. I loved attending their Fit4Baby classes throughout my 2nd and 3rd trimester. My pregnancy was pretty "easy", and I am 100% sure this has to do with making healthy choices and staying active by attending Fit4Baby. The instructors, Rachel and Liz, are absolutely amazing. At Fit4mom, there is something for everyone. I appreciate the variety of classes. My personal favorite is Run club! It’s really motivating to have a running plan to follow, and a nice group of moms to run with & keep me accountable. I like that I can bring my toddler with me to workout, and it’s a nice way to meet other moms and socialize while working on my fitness goals. Highly recommend!

I’ve been enjoying stroller strides workouts for about a year now, but I just decided to join the run club last month! I’ve never run with a group before and it’s so neat to have an encouraging community of other moms to help me get back into running. Our group runs go by so fast, and the WhatsApp community chat is such a great way to connect and get support! Plus I love that there’s different goals for everyone (walking, 5K, 10K, etc).

I started going to Fit4Mom as a prenatal fitness class and I found so much more than just exercise. I moved the Bay Area at seven months pregnant not knowing anyone, and Fit4Mom has given me a community which I am so grateful for.
Now baby is here, I find going to Fit4mom classes keeps me sane.
(Also, I’m not a particularly sporty person and I find these classes fun and totally achievable. Every exercise is scaleable).

You come to work out but leave feeling like you're part of a village. Trainers keep you engage and provide modifications if needed. You're also encouraged to socialize with other mom's. Ohh and you can bring your kiddos and can tend to them as needed.

Fit4mom is such a welcoming community. I took the prenatal fitness classes with Rachel after trying a few workout classes at my local gym. I was so worried about hurting the baby, but Rachel is qualified to teach prenatal exercise and gave us many ways to modify our workout to get the perfect amount of exercise for each individual body. In you're on the fence, TRY IT! I've been going to the Stroller Strides classes and they are very real workouts focusing on cardio and strength. I’ve done Body Back and Strides 360 classes with Rachel and she provides a very encouraging, fun environment that also totally kicks butt! Rachel was an instructor at Lake Murray stroller strides when I attended with my son and while newly pregnant with my second baby. I loved going to her classes because she always had such high energy and was very motivating and encouraging during our workouts. She always made sure to change up the stations and exercises to keep classes from being redundant and kept children entertained with bubbles, songs, and animal cookies.
