FIT4MOM is easily the most inclusive, welcoming, and accommodating workout I could ask for as a mom! I used to SoulCycle/Peloton and yoga religiously pre-pregnancy, but my fitness regimen and daily routine changed a lot after I had my son. It became so much harder to get a good workout in, especially with the mom guilt. FIT4MOM gave me space to show up in my new role as a mom. It didn’t matter if it was a good day or bad, with or without my son, whether I showed up on time, or even if I could only come once every few months. The instructors I’ve had (Rachel, Sarita, Megan, and Liz) are great at getting your heart rate up and giving modifications for pregnancy, postpartum, or even 1+ year after giving birth.
