Rachel has created this warm, wonderful community of moms and moms-to-be. I joined not knowing much about the Fit4Mom community and when I reached out, I was immediately invited to their social event and met so many wonderful people since then. I've also taken their Fit4baby course (which was awesome!) and will soon be joining their other classes post birth. Highly recommend it if you want to build your local village of moms and I promise you'll be really happy you are a part of it!
