FIT4MOM Sunnyvale-Mountain View owner and trainer, Rachel, leads effective, structured, and FUN workouts while fostering a community of support among local moms. I go to Stroller Strides three times a week with my 5 month old baby, and he loves watching his mama move! Classes are upbeat and casual, no exercise experience necessary at all—it’s just the right amount of challenge, and you choose how hard you want to work. I’m so happy my baby and I can do this together! If you are on the fence, try it once. That was all I had planned on doing and now it’s something I look forward to every MWF.
Editing 4/8/24 to add - the F4M personal trainer Christine is stellar!! I’ve only been working with her for a few weeks and already feel changes in my body, and feel so strong and supported. She is helping me reach an elusive and specific fitness goal and I’m so excited every time she comes over (that’s right — to my house!! While my toddler naps!).
