I can't say enough good things about my journey with FIT4MOM Sunnyvale! I started with Stroller Strides, then enrolled to 4 weeks of personal training with Coach Christine, who was amazing at tailoring workouts just for me. Then I joined the 8-week BodyWell program with Coach Rachel, and wow - what a game-changer! Rachel poured her heart into teaching us about fitness, nutrition, and emotional wellness.

The best part? I not only got stronger and healthier but also discovered a newfound love for vegetables through their delicious recipe suggestions! Who knew healthy eating could be this enjoyable? And on top of that, I made some wonderful friends along the way! The supportive, welcoming vibe that Rachel created made every session something to look forward to. We encouraged each other through it all.

This isn't your typical fitness program - it's a wonderful community of women lifting each other up while getting fit. Thanks to both coaches for making this such an amazing experience! I highly recommend FIT4MOM!
