This is a wonderful welcoming group of moms in lots of different life stages. It was a great introduction back into exercise for me after having my second daughter and provided me a sense of community when I first moved to the area. All the instructors were knowledgeable and inclusive. I was a little intimidated to join a workout class having my daughters with me but there couldn’t be a more understanding setting. There’s a wide range of fitness levels and abilities and all the exercises were scaled to the individuals well. Modifications were suggested for people dealing with different postpartum limitations which just showed the instructors level of knowledge about fitness and the female body. Women were able to baby wear, feed their children, etc without judgement. I was also connected to lactation consultants and physical therapists during some of their after class education sessions. Really recommend this class to anyone looking for some fitness classes and community in motherhood.
