My name is Madison and I am mom to Navy (born September 2022) and Rookie (4 year old, Yellow Lab).

I found FIT4MOM from a moms group and was eager to get my body moving after having my baby. I started attending classes when Navy was 7 weeks old and I’ve made it my weekly routine since!

Joining the FIT4MOM community has brought me so much joy as I have embarked on my postpartum journey, I hope to create the same feeling as we work out together.
