Why did you first come to FIT4MOM?

I needed an exercise outlet and a community of mommas to help and encourage me to get out of my post partum funk. Fit4Mom had it all!

What is your favorite part of class or favorite class format?

I enjoy all the classes. They all have their unique flair. But, if I had to choose one in my current state I would say Fit 4 baby.

Favorite family-friendly activity in Silicon Valley?

I’m fairly new to the area and still exploring the vast eateries available in Silicon Valley. My husband and I try different restaurants any time we go out. Stay tuned.

A fun fact about you!

I will be celebrating my 23rd anniversary in the Army reserve next month ; preparing for retirement very soon. I’ve had a pretty lengthy career full of deployments and adventures. Also, I’m an AVID reader and will burn through over 100 books in one year. I enjoy any topic under the sun. If you have recommendations, let me know.
