Hi Mamas! I'm Hannah and I’ve called the Bay Area home since 2017, where I met my husband and we’ve built our family together—we’re excited to welcome our first baby in November 2025.
Fitness has been a part of my life for the better part of ten years, and my work as a personal trainer naturally led me to expand into supporting women during pregnancy and postpartum. Along the way, I also became a birth doula, which deepened my passion for walking alongside families during one of life’s most transformative times.
I discovered Fit4Mom while searching for opportunities to grow my pre- and postnatal training, and it has been such a joy to be part of this community. I love all things birth and postpartum, and I feel grateful to combine my experience in personal training with my doula work to support moms in both movement and motherhood.
