Hey there, Mama! I’m Lauren, mom to a spunky 2-year-old girly-girl. A West Coast transplant, I’m originally from the East Coast, but have embraced my inner Cali Girl the last five years.

Feeling alone and overwhelmed in motherhood, somewhere in my sleep-deprived memory I remembered a nurse at the hospital mentioning how FIT4MOM changed her motherhood experience. Enter the desperate 2 AM Google search… and the rest is history! I tried my first class a few days later and joined on the spot! There was something so unique about breaking a sweat with my daughter by my side while also connecting with other incredible mamas who just get it! That mama magic is contagious, and I still can’t get enough!

Fast forward to today, FIT4MOM has changed my life in more ways than I could ever imagine! Having the opportunity to welcome mamas to our community is one of my favorite things I do, because it’s a saying for a reason - it takes a village, and I LOVE welcoming you to ours!
