Hey Mama, thanks for being here. I'm Liz. Mama to Cece (Jan 2018), Lettie (Feb 2020) & Emmi (Feb 2022)...or if they're attempting to jump off the kitchen counter into a pile of stuffed animals "Cecilia!", "Colette!" and "Madeline!" My wild, sweet and curious crew is rounded out by Jeff, 6 time award winning Dad of the Year in the Pawelko house and our grandma dog Mabel. As a family we enjoy tent camping, time on the water, and cooking together. If I get to choose the activity I would be reading, crocheting or dreaming up DIY projects to manage while the husband makes it happen. I think it's important to get outside daily, feet to the ground whenever possible and am working on getting a solid morning routine with meditation and journaling everyday because it just sets the best tone for the day.

My FIT4MOM journey starts in the summer of 2018 with a single free class. I still regret not joining that day but another baby, a pandemic and a "now hiring" email from my then local Illinois franchise was just the ticket. I started instructing Stroller Barre in August 2020 and taking classes weekly. I soon started instructing more days a week and multiple formats and even purchased my franchise as a resale in May of 2022, I found my village! Then we moved across the country for my husband's career and to try on the Idaho adventure lifestyle and opted to drop the Franchisee title from my email signature. Without my village I knew I needed to get creative and find a way to keep FIT4MOM in my life. So here I am, remote virtual instructor for your franchise and getting to live in a Sunny[vale] State of Mind with you all over Zoom.
