It might look simple, but this small piece of equipment is one of the most powerful tools we use in class.
At FIT4MOM, we only use resistance bands in our Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre workouts and that’s by design. They're safe, versatile, and incredibly effective, especially for moms in all stages of motherhood.
