
What is the workout like?
Our FIT4BABY 60-minute workout consists of cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training; building your mental and physical endurance, strengthening your body, and preparing you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond. With built in opportunities to connect with other expecting mamas, and an end of class meditation, you'll leave class feeling recharged and reconnected.
Is this for all trimesters and levels of fitness?
YES. We have all fitness levels and all stages of pregnancy in our classes. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience and follow the most up-to-date ACOG (American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) guidelines. All FIT4BABY and FIT4MOM classes are led by instructors with a certification in prenatal fitness.
When do classes meet?
Our FIT4BABY in-person class meets on Saturdays from 10-11am in Las Palmas Park. We also host live virtual FIT4BABY classes on Mondays from 6:30-7:00pm.
What makes FIT4BABY and the FIT4MOM programs different from the gym?
FIT4BABY is a comprehensive program designed specifically for moms-to-be. You will find it’s so much more than just a workout! We are a community of moms where you will find support, encouragement, camaraderie and lifelong friendships
What should I bring to class?
We ask that you bring a yoga mat/towel/blanket for the cool down and meditation portion of class, a resistance band (we will provide one for you on your first day of class), and plenty of water.
