Hi there! My name is Lily, and I am a mom to Evelyn (8 months) and Pepper (6 year old, tuxedo cat)!

I was born in Dallas, but raised in the Bay Area since our family moved to San Jose when I was just a toddler.

My postpartum journey has been both beautiful and challenging all at the same time - having the opportunity to connect with and raise my daughter, while navigating PPD/PPA, sleep deprivation and isolation just to name a few. I’m sure that many parents feel the same way!

Our midwife, Maeve, had introduced me to Fit4mom and although it took me a while to attend a class, once I did I felt refreshed! I feel truly grateful to have found an amazingly supportive community for myself and my daughter.

My hope is to help other mamas and their little ones feel supported through movement and community.
