What can I expect?

Body Well is more than a fitness program — it's 8-weeks of empowerment.

This mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Who would be my coach?

Our Body Well program is led by FIT4MOM SVC owner, Rachel Kitt. With nearly a decade in the health and fitness industry and a mom of 2 herself, Rachel is committed to empowering moms at every stage of motherhood. Learn more about Rachel here.

Qualifications include:

-ACE Certified health coach

-ACE Certified Personal Trainer

-ACE Certified group fitness instructor

When do we workout?

Our Body Well program is created to fit YOUR schedule. You can join any 2 Body Boost, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Strides 360, or Body Ignite classes weekly, plus anytime access FIT4MOM on Demand— and we’ll help you build a schedule that works for your life.

Can you explain the nutritional aspect?

Body Well flips the script - no calorie/macro counting and no cutting out, just simple nutrition centered around whole foods and habits that work for mom life.

With our program you'll receive a Seasonal Client Guide + Body Well Basics full of scientific-based information and recipes to help you on your journey.

Can I do this while pregnant?

Unfortunately, Body Well is not recommended during pregnancy. However, we have a variety of prenatal friendly classes including FIT4BABY, Body Ignite, and all of our stroller classes. Learn more about our workouts here!
